·         Fee:  $30 per person, cash or check at the door

·         Class size:  Minimum 4, Maximum 14

·         Location:  My Personal Fitness Studio, 13893 Southwest Freeway at Sugar Creek (Gerland’s Shopping Center, next to Finish Line Sports)
